Try a combination of strength training and yoga to get the most out of your fitness regime. Strength training with Eve followed by yoga flow and well deserved relaxation to end the session, guided by Jenny.
A blend of strength, fitness and flexibility found in the two disciplines make them the perfect union. We'll also be treating you to delicious healthy snacks to finish your morning.
